I really appreciate DialougeFromTheDepths for nominating us for this One Lovely Blog Award.  Their post has always been interesting and made my days that much better after reading a post.

This is my first time being nominated for a blog award so this is pretty special to me. I’m just writing about what I love without hesitation. I appreciate the people who read and enjoy my blog posts as much as I love reading others.

Seven facts About Me:

  1. I have a part time job where at times I get paid to play different sports.
  2. When I used to work in downtown Chicago, I got most of my blogging done riding the train.
  3. ESPN is one of my dream jobs.
  4. “Deadpool” was by far the best movie I’ve seen at the show in months. Also, the “Divergent” series is my current favorite movie series out.
  5. I’ve done quite of bit of traveling, but I never been west of the Mississippi River.
  6. I’m a fan of all Chicago sports teams.
  7. I am #TeamCap when “Captain America: Civil War” comes out later this year.

  2. Great answers. Thanks for your simple, but meaningful description of our blog – it’s really special.
    While I’m not so into sport, I’m trying to understand baseball better, cause my son loves it. I’m glad we met…looking foward to reading more.

  3. Congrats. I was going to have my wedding in New Orleans but it would have taken so long to save up for all the stuff we wanted to do. So in June we are having a vintage New Orleans jazz themed wedding in the U.K. . My other half is comic book mad! His friend owns a comic book shop called legacy comics. I’m not a comic book fan. I will have to agree that Dead pool does look pretty funny. So may just watch it. 🙂
