I went to draft town on Friday in Chicago and it was WAY better than I could ever imagine. They had a combine area for the fans that wanted to do the 40 yard dash, the high jump, field goal kicking, and much more. Former players were there to sign autographs, they had the NFL shop and museum, food from, vendors, and much more!!
And even Adam Schefter was there!
oh very cool – and we watched some of it – I love how Rich Eisen joked that there ‘was no sign of Dr. Kimball” – lol – and some fun fugitive tweets were shared- someone swicthed the Porvasic samples – lol
your photos are super cool – the skittles one is too funny –
and did you do the 40 yard dash???

There was a whole tub full of skittles as well, lol. I didn’t get a chance to run it. The lines were so long for a lot of things but just being there was priceless.

Oh how fun! and funny how a player can “bump” a product like that.

Right!! It’s just amazing how that has happened.

well the producst they bump can also reveal a lot about the player. For example, when Peyton Manning said he was going to celebrate with a Bud – well nothing against Budweiser and nothing against Peyton – but when he said “Bud” – it was a sobering reminder that he was not fully a colorado boy –
and not that he needed to say “silver bullet” to give a shout out to Golden – but maybe he could have opted for a good amber ale (fat tire) from new belgium brewing company…. oh I dunno –
because then again… there is a Bud plant in CO as well – ha!
well I like when celebs have the freedom to say what they like without an endorsement – because I thinbk Lebron is doing a Kia K900 commercial and two folks here were saying, “Um, I doubt that he drives that….” – hmm

This is awesome! Reminds me of the “NFL Experience” at a convention center I went to in New Orleans during the week of the Super Bowl back in 2013.

The NFL knows how to entertain, even in the offseason!
